How much is Personal Training going to cost? We’re on a tight budget.
We offer a number of options to make training with us cost effective. We treat each client as an individual and therefore tailor each package to meet your needs.
How many sessions per week will I need to have?
The amount of sessions can vary based on your goals. Many of our clients choose to train twice per week. However, we have clients training between 1 and 5 sessions per week. It’s totally up to you and your schedule!
How long will it take to see results?
We make no timeline guarantees. Everyone is different and such are our results. But we have found that the more committed to your health you are, the more likely you are to achieve your results.
What diet do you suggest?
We don’t suggest a one size fits all diet. In fact, we recommend anything but that. We promote sustainability for weight loss, weight gain and weight maintenance over quick fixes.
Do you have any female trainers?
We only have male trainers at this stage, but we’re always open to changes in the future. The majority of our clients are women and both the private and group training sessions promote an intimidation free environment.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour minimum notice cancellation policy. This is for scheduling of appointments to clients who are available, but also to prevent last minute cancellations. Our clients are set up on a booking system that enables them to book and cancel sessions at the click of a button
