A free event suitable for the whole family. Choose to walk, jog or run 2km, 4km or 6km along the newly constructed Blue Tongue Path at Blakes Crossing (Blakeview). Run by Push Your Limits Personal Training on behalf of Lendlease, this event is timed and allows people to socialise whilst allowing them to choose the distance best suited to them.

CLASS INFORMATION 

PERSONAL TRAINING
Our Personal Training sessions are based around improving your quality of life. This may mean helping you with your posture, losing weight, gaining strength or improving your cardiovascular fitness. Our clients mean the world to us and we continue to further our qualifications in order to provide the best possible service to you. We don't focus on using the big intimidating machines you may have seen in a gym, instead, we use suspension trainers, battling ropes, kettlebells, powerbags and much much more! All sessions are specifically tailored to your goals and we don't stop helping you once you leave our session! We tell our clients to keep in touch between sessions to make sure that they feel the support that's needed when making decisions to maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING
In this day and age not everyone has the time to come in and see us for training - therefore for a small additional cost we come to see you personally! We can train at your house or in a park nearby and all equipment is provided. Once the session is complete we leave, and you are free to continue with the rest of your day. Contact us today for more information
GROUP BOXING
Boxing is a great way to let loose after a long day at work. Once you start with us you'll be hooked! Our clients range in age and ability but our classes cater to everyones needs and they love it! Our qualified trainer will teach you the correct technique and continue to help you throughout the session. So if you are after an intense workout this is the session for you!
HOUR OF POWER
We love helping out when we can and our Hour of Power is a way to provide all of those parents out there with young kids a place to train. Kids are welcome to sit in on our sessions, meaning no more gym memberships and babysitters are necessary. By all means those without kids are welcome to come join us as well. You will start to feel your body talking to you after each session as we target different muscle groups from week to week meaning no session is the same. 

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
We come together every Tuesday night and have a blast in our Strength and Conditioning sessions. Every week we take you through different sessions focussing on keeping you fit and strong through a number of exercises.
All individuals are looked after so if you can't complete an exercise it will be modified for you. So if you want to burn fat and tone up whilst improving cardio endurance come down and check us out.

LOCHIEL 5KM PARKRUN
Our Team RunningWorks group head out to Lochiel Parkrun every Saturday morning to walk/jog/run 5km. A lot of the group come from our group sessions or Personal Training as it's way for us to further help with your goals. We meet at 7:45am next to the Geoff Heath Par 3 Golf Course (Campbelltown) and start at 8am. It's free to run by yourself but when you join our group (also free) we make it a habit of ours to come back and run you across the finish line.

RUNNING GROUP
Our running sessions are great for people with all abilities. Sessions are planned so that it allows walkers, joggers and runners to participate in the same task, and get the same workout as each other without compromising the intensity of the session. Our sessions comprise of long runs, interval training, team challenges, hills and sprints. Most of the participants like to use this session as an additional run to assist them during the Lochiel 5km Parkrun on Saturday mornings.

Private Health rebates available, check with your private health for your level of cover when seeing a Dietitian
Medicare Care Plans: You may be eligible for up to 5 visits per calendar year if your GP has prepared a GP Management Care Plan or Team Management Care Plan as part of your management of your chronic disease (Medicare rebates = $52.95 per visit, clients will be charged the difference once Medicare rebates have been deducted)
DVA: Veterans holding a DVA card can be seen at no charge, just bring in your Allied Health referral form provided by your GP
